Ayesha Dixon

Ayesha came to UCLA in 2019. For over ten years, she has been involved in both the private and public sector dedicated to the advocacy, civic engagement and program development in the field of aging.

In addition to focusing on positive aging, she believes in fostering community and that those who have served the University will continue to have the support of the University.

Ayesha holds both a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Gerontology from USC, and a BA in Sociology from Temple University. Ayesha continued her passion for gerontology by creating innovative programming; such as intergenerational events, facilitating therapeutic art initiatives, and creating community-centered events. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, running, hiking, camping, music, and art.

Lam Luu

Lam immigrated to America as a child and grew up in the San Gabriel Valley. Lam graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a BA in Psychology and worked several years in wholesales and shipping before joining UCLA and ERRC as a full-time retiree resource specialist in 2022. In her free time, Lam enjoys movies, TV shows, music, and video games.

Nicole Guerrero

Nicole is a first-generation college graduate who studied Criminology, Law & Society with a minor in Humanities and Law at UC Irvine. She joined the ERRC team as a retiree resource specialist as of January 2025.

Nicole is concurrently serving as UC Irvine's GEAR Up Program Coordinator where she works directly with Compton High School students and the Compton Unified School District to help run their outreach program. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, staying active by running, strength training, Pilates, yoga, hiking, and most of all, traveling and going on road trips.
