How to Register
Early registration is encouraged. Conference registration closes April 20, 2026.
Zoom Attendance Information
Separate Zoom links will be provided for each session.
- Participants will receive Zoom links in April for each virtual meeting session a few days before the start of the meetings. Please be sure to mute your device to prevent background noises.
- Include your institution with your name
It is recommended to “right click” on your name shown in the participant list in Zoom and click on “rename” and add your location by your name such as
“Josephine Bruin, UCLARA.”
Submitting questions
- Participants with questions may submit them in the chat box or use the “Raise Hand” feature located in the control panel within Zoom to alert the host to address your questions. At that time, please unmute your device and ask the question.

- Upgrades are bookable within the link and with an agent. Booking rooms for additional days before or after the arranged block dates of the conference will be based on availability and current inventory, and must be done with an agent over the phone.
- Please note: Starting at 6:30 a.m. for guests staying at The Inn, a complimentary breakfast is available.
Hotel Parking
Parking will be on the UCLA campus. Parking has been arranged at a discounted rate of $34 for the two days. You will need to check the parking box on the registration form and pay for parking in advance to receive a reserved parking space. Unfortunately, UCLA Parking does not honor parking reciprocity privileges from other campuses.
If you will be staying at The Inn:
- There is limited first-come, first-serve parking available at The Inn at UCLA. If parking is not available in the hotel’s lot, you will be directed to Parking Lot 3 which is located one block north of the hotel.
- Check-in: Upon arrival, please park in the yellow spaces in front of the Inn. Proceed inside to check-in and drop off your luggage. The hotel will store your bags if the room is not available upon check-in. Then move your car to the lot at The Inn or to Parking Lot 3 as directed by a volunteer.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Campus Parking Structure Map
- Volunteers will be available to direct you upon arrival.
- Belmont Village is providing a courtesy shuttle service during the meetings. A shuttle schedule will be provided.
- The hotel is a five-minute walk from the parking lot and a ten-minute walk from the meeting venue at the UCLA University Club.

Meals
Meals will be provided at the UCLA University Club on the UCLA campus (see schedule below). If you plan to attend the CUCEA/CUCEA dinner, there is a $75 charge.

- Lunch from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. in the Main Dining Room at the University Club
- Reception from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the Playa Room at the University Club
- Dinner from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the Morrison Room at the University Club
- Attendees and their guests may join the dinner for a fee of $75 per person
- Check the box on the registration form and pay on-line
Thursday, April 30, 2026
- A light continental breakfast will be available in each meeting room at the University Club from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
- A lunch buffet with “to-go” boxes will be available from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. to enjoy on the Morrison Patio at the University Club. Please feel free to eat there, return to your meeting room, or take it with you.
